Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?

Hi! I am Director Simon Kim. I'm in charge of the Compliance Support Division, which manages the Compliance Management Team and Credit Review Team of Yuyu Pharma Inc.

Please explain your current job responsibilities and duties.

The Compliance Support Division consists of two teams.

The Compliance Management Team is based on the spirit of compliance, a virtue that all companies must adhere to. The team supports, manages and supervises all businesses, including the company's business, to comply with the prescribed laws and to conduct fair management activities within the boundaries of the laws. To do theses, the team and the professional manpower are divided into the CP Section, which operates the Fair Trade Compliance Program (CP), and the Legal Section, which is responsible for legal issues to respond to various legal issues of the company. The credit management team is responsible for supporting and managing all areas of the company's business activities. The team reviews and manages almost all operations resulting from business activities such as reviewing sales orders, credit, collection, and bond management. The team protect the company's assets safely and ensures sound business activities. The team also conducts audit activities for the sales part to prevent various accidents that may occur.

Is there a special culture unique to Yuyu Pharma?

I want to tell you about the culture of Yuyu Pharma's position system and culture. Starting this year, the existing titles, Manager, Senior Manager/Deputy General Manager, and General Manager have been integrated into "Manager". It's not been very long since its implementation, but the integration of the three positions created an atmosphere of mutual respect. It seems that the exchange of opinions is more active and takes place more freely than before so rapid decision-making happens. In terms of compensation, I expect compensation based on performance will be more reasonable than before.

What are the strengths of Yuyu Pharma compared to other companies in the same industry?
