Yuyu Pharma is engaged in various activities for the local communities in Jecheon where the factory is located. Donations were made for the success of "The Jecheon International Korean Medicine Bio Industry Expo” and "The 56th Chungbuk Sports Festival". The company also donated medicines, "basic necessities", and 37 bags of rice to the Senior Welfare Center in Jecheon City for the elderly to spend a 'healthy' holiday. In addition, the Jecheon Factory hosted a consolation event inviting military service members (people of national merit), veterans and their families. Employees of the Factory also invited people with disabilities, and held an event for them to experience cultural activities. Donations of bags of rice and coal briquettes were also made together with the labor union.

Together with the Kimchi Association of Korea, Yuyu Pharma held an event “Kimchi Sharing with Love for Children”. Employees of Yuyu Pharma participated in making kimchi with 300 cabbages. The kimchi made on site was put in 150 Styrofoam coolers (aka icebox) with 5kg per box and delivered to underprivileged children and neighbors in connection with the Childfund Korea. Considering that most of kimchi events are held at the end of the year, and after the winter kimchi season, it is difficult for underprivileged neighbors to receive kimchi, it was planned to coincide with the time when winter kimchi runs out.
