Report an Ethics Violation We receive a report of an act of promoting oneself or a third party's interests through abuse of job-related authority, violation of internal accounting management regulations, sexual harassment, corruption, workplace bullying, unfair trade practices, and other acts that violate social responsibility by employees of Yuyu Pharma. We will always be ethical and responsible Yuyu Pharma.
We receive a report of unethical conduct contrary to the ethical management of the company and employees, guarantee protection and confidentiality of the informant. The report will be processed as soon as possible, and the results will be informed in the way the informant wants.
An act of receiving money, goods, or entertainment from stakeholders in the course of business
An act of obtaining an unfair advantage by using a position or causing damage through a wrongful means or intention
An act of taking unfair advantage or improper use of company assets and information
An act of violation of related laws (Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, Improper Solicitation & Graft Act, Fair Trade Act,

Confidentiality : Prohibition of disclosure or suggestion of the identity of an informant without the informant's consent

Responsibility Reduction: Responsibility and disciplinary reduction or exemption for the relevant informant when the fault of the relevant informant is found.
